Kip truly enjoys coming alongside students and adults to help facilitate the next steps in their journey, including solving problems, exploring issues, listening, and creating plans to move forward with appropriate next steps.

  • Master of Divinity and M.A. in Counseling degrees (both from Trinity International University, 1993)

  • Board Certified Master Life Coach (BCMLC)

  • Licensed minister

  • Experienced wedding officiant

  • Experienced Prepare Counselor (pre-marriage counseling using www.prepare-enrich.com)

  • Experienced church staff supervisor and senior staff member

  • Developed and implemented divorce recovery and addiction support groups, Stephen Ministry, Peacemaking Ministry, healing prayer ministries, and multiple other support and care ministries

  • Leadership team member during major senior pastor transitions and diverse organizational change

  • Happily married for 40 years; 4 married adult children and several grandchildren

Ruth is passionate about offering hope for the hopeless, and encouragement, comfort, and healing to the brokenhearted. Her counseling and coaching areas of experience focus primarily on students and adults.

  • Licensed minister

  • Bible Study Fellowship, 12 years; discussion leader, 5 years

  • Church Bible study coordinator and leadership trainer for 200+ women

  • Happily married for 45+ years; 4 adult children and several grandchildren
